Dog Friendly.

Molly’s View is a caravan holiday home best suited to toy or small dog breeds.

With paw-fect walks from the door, and dog friendly beaches nearby, your dog will also have a fabulous Cornish holiday.

Registered Guide and Assistance Dogs are accepted regardless of size.

The holiday park has a rule of no more than two dogs per caravan so this is the the maximum we normally accept. Your dog can expect the following:

Freshly laundered pet bedding (on request)

A stock of freshly laundered dog towels and bottle of skin kind doggy shampoo.

Sparkly clean water and food dishes

A stock of biodegradable poop bags

A long safety line for use on the deck (very tiny dogs may escape through the gate)

A extra pet disc to add to your dog’s collar

Access to fabulous on site walks with dog waste bins.

Permission to sleep anywhere except on beds and sofas designed for humans.

An on site dog friendly bar and eatery.

Information about vets, doggy day care and other useful services.

There are many fabulous reasons to bring your dog on holiday with you.

Cornwall has plenty to offer well behaved and happy dogs the holiday they will love as much as you. Look out for the ice cream parlours which serve special ice cream flavours for dogs…

During your stay at Molly’s View, dogs are not permitted to sleep on sofas or the beds. You will need to provide your own usual dog beds, dog crates and bedding. We do provide a pile of freshly laundered dog towels to help manage sandy, muddy and wet paws and coats, and large dog bowls for water and food, as well as a doggy welcome pack. Please don’t worry about laundering the dog towels before you go, we do all of that for you.

You must ensure your dogs flea and worm treatment is up to date before you arrive for your stay, thank you.

We do provide two freshly laundered throws, one for each sofa, so that you can protect the sofa fabric if your pooch is accustomed to being allowed to sit next to you while you watch telly! Please use these (as we do!) to help keep the sofas in tip top condition.

Dogs come on holiday for free as part of your family booking. However, we do ask for a modest refundable deposit against the risk of serious avoidable damage to our holiday home caused by dog chewing, scratching, soiling, or infestation of fleas. See the booking terms and conditions for more details. In the unlikely but unfortunate event damage does occur, your deposit may be retained in part or in full to help pay to repair or put right the problem.
As you would expect, the Newperran site has a strict rule, that no dogs can be left unattended in a caravan holiday home or car at any time. There are also rules relating to noise and nuisance, dogs being kept on leads, using the designated dog exercise fields, cleaning up after your dog every time and using the dog waste bins provided. In common with all good quality holiday home sites, Newperran reserves the right to require anyone in breach of its rules to leave, so it’s important we draw these rules to your attention, which are there for the benefit of everyone.

If you are bringing your dog to Cornwall but you need to plan overnight boarding boarding, we use Roseland Kennels andCattery. There is a nearer Doggy Day Care with group care sessions for dogs at Perranporth. Please note advance booking is always necessary and they do book up quite quickly in peak holiday season. It is up to you to decide the suitability of care for your pets, and only you can decide whether this or any other pet care provider is right for you. Information about local emergency Vet practices can be found on arrival in the guest handbook.
